The Wheel of the Year with smaller outer moons is beautifully hand finished with a soft to touch finishing wax. Thoughtfully constructed using sacred geometry, it's deep engraved so that the moon phases, branches and other elements have depth.
The wheel includes the Lunar phases, Pagan festivals, Solstices and Equinoxes, Hemispheres, Months, Four Elements, "Deosil" and "Widdershins", stars, the following incantation "Darksome night and shining moon, East, then south, then West, then north, Hearken to the Witches' rune, Here we come to call ye forth, Earth and Water, Air and Fire, Wand and Pentacle and Sword, Work ye unto our desire, Hearken ye unto our word!", and deep engraved branches to bind it all.
The Wheel is a semi-transparent to solid amethyst stain. It's 10 1/4 in diameter and 1/4 thick Baltic Birch ply. Ready to be hung via a small hole cut into the "Full moon", or placed on your altar. The Wheel is a unique piece of art so variations can occur in it's creation.
Please note that our items are made to order so they may arrive with a faint burnt wood fragrance which should dissipate in time.

The optional easel comes in two pieces and slides together easily. It's made from 3mm baltic birch, stained black and measures roughly 6"W x 6.5"H when assembled.
